2

Cooper turned 2 years old on January 12th.  We celebrated at Happy Joe's with my side of the family and Jason's Dad and Mary also made the trip down to celebrate.  Jake and the Neverland Pirates was the theme.  He was so confused by the siren when it went off and the employees sang to him.  He just sat there with this blank look on his face.  After everyone ate pizza, we came back to our house where we had cake and opened presents.  Cooper is very into opening presents and didn't really care what he got, he just wanted to unwrap the presents.  It was a really nice time and we're so thankful everyone could celebrate with him.

Stats on the big guy:

-He's in 4T shirts and 3T pants.
-He is wearing a size 9 shoe.
-He is in his big boy bed and loves that it's a car.  Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Thirtyacre!  Jason moved him into his big boy bed the second day we got home from the hospital with Tucker.  I was terrified thinking we'd have 2 children up at night, but Cooper transitioned great.  The first night Jason spent 2 hours in his bedroom and after that,we just leave the room and tell him we'll  be back in to check on him and when we go back in, he's asleep.  I'm so thankful it went so smoothly.
-His 2 year check-up is this week,so we'll find out how much he weighs and how tall he is.  I'll update it then.
-His language has really taken off and he's understanding so much as well.

He's truly a blessing and we are so thankful for him.  We love him so, so much and he's such a joy to be around.  Even when we've had a horrible day, we can come home and he puts a smile on our face instantly.

Happy Birthday, Buddy!
